On March 10, 2008 Priest Electronics joined with Cain Electronics to provide industrial electronic products to Southeast Virginia. Both companies operated independently for over 50 years in the Tidewater Area. The last 10 years, Priest Electronics has been in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The Chesapeake location was closed and all operations have been consolidated into the Cain Electronics facility in Norfolk VA. Both companies are now part of Norfolk Wire & Electronics, a leading regional distributor of Datacom products with stocking locations in Virginia and the Carolinas.
